Refusal to wear masks by service manager, and several other employees. A higher up manager, requested the service manager wear a mask. Service managers response was "when I see it in the constitution, I'll get right on it." There are salespersons, auto repair technicians, and managers all in non compliance with the mandatory mask policy and not maintaining 6' distance. Let alone washing hands. Customers have come in admitting their spouses just tested positive for Covid-19 during an oil change. There has been no screening process over the phone before setting appointments and no screening process for employees entering work. There is no disinfecting of vehicles upon arrival, nor departure of dealership.Source: Osha.gov | Receipt Date: 2020-10-30
