1. Night crew employees are not completing health screenings. One employee is currently quarantined due to exposure from a family member and that employee had not completed any health screenings or used a mask prior to the discovery of the exposure. 2. The employer is not enforcing the use of masks by employees unless the store is open, even when it is not possible to social distance. 3. Customers who are not wearing a mask are permitted to enter the store towards closing hours.

I’ve gotten 3 different phone cases that I did not order. The address it says on there is 2340 S eastern Ave, Commerce, California, 90040. It doesn’t have a name just the address. Not sure how they got my address which is really weird.
