1. COVID-19 was discovered in the plant on October 12, 2020. Since then there have been 5 confirmed cases, 3 pending test results, 8 self-quarantining, and 5 as of today that have left home with symptoms and fevers. The employer has had a one time cleaning crew in and that was to clean the bathroom and breakroom. That is it. Since cleaning on Monday when the first 3 were diagnosed, the cleaning crew never returned clean after other employees have left with symptoms or confirmation of positive test results. There are tools and machinery that employees are touching on a nonstop basis. Now these parts are being shipped out to customers. 2. The use of masks by employees is optional, as is getting a temperature scan. There is no enforcement and logs are not kept. One guy that has tested positive was in the shop for 2 days with a temperature of 102 degrees. One of the others presented symptoms on Tuesday of last week and the situation was never addressed. 3. This is the third time that a report about this company has been submitted since the COVID-19 pandemic has hit and they provide information that they are following guidelines when actually they are not. 4. The employer allows people to smoke pot out in the parking lot. 5. The employer allows intoxicated employees to come to work. 6.
