There have been three positive Covid 19 employees in 2 Amazing dental locations. Other employees were NOT notified, patient?s that were exposed were NOT notified. Locations were not cleaned. A doctor was sick last Monday, tested positive on Tuesday and back to work that Friday. This is not being taken seriously.Alleged Hazards: 1, Employees Exposed: 1
