Supervisors refuse to wear masks and constantly come within 6 feet of others including coughing and sneezing inside a small area near others. They have made it clear that they do not believe in the virus and refuse to adhere to any CDC recommendations. When customers enter the building, the supervisors approach them closely without any protection which clearly makes customers uncomfortable. Masks have been provided by the company but they are not utilized which is a result of all members of management refusing to enforce or follow the policies. Supervisors make it clear that anyone who decides to get tested for COVID-19 is looked down upon and are an inconvenience. Employees are encouraged to come into work if they are not feeling well AND also if they are still waiting on their COVID-19 test results.Source: Osha.gov | Receipt Date: 2020-11-20
