Employer not providing hand sanitizer. Employer not enforcing social distancing. Other: Lowe's is completely disregarding social distancing in it's stores in every way possible. we are allowing anyone and everyone to come in our store, families of tens are coming in to browse and "get out of the house." because of all the foot traffic on an hourly basis we have close to 50 people crowded at the checkout lines no more than 2 feet apart. we are still running our spring black Friday sale which has left our stores packed the last week and a half. the weekend of the 4th and 5th was madhouse. there was probably close to 300 people in the store within close proximity trying to get the doorbuster deals. this company does not care about their employees. we have no hand sanitizer, no masks, the front end only gets to wash their hands maybe 3 times a day because nobody cares enough to help them out so they can wash their hands as often as they need to. we are being forced to compromise our safety and they safety of our families just so people can get their nonessential items. we are forced to open up the garden center just to cater and promote the sales of nonessentials. I do not feel safe at work. nothing is being done to keep us safe. Lowe's is using this time to boost their profits seeing as our competitors are taking the necessary precautions. they are happy to see all of home depot's and Menards customers in our stores. we are all tired and scared.Source: Osha.gov | Receipt Date: 2020-04-07
