Employer is not following general COVID-19 protocol for GS and WG employees at any of the locations across the state. Some of the concerns are as follows: 1) Contact tracing is not performed when an employee tests positive for COVID-19. 2) Employees directly exposed to COVID positive coworkers are not asked and/or permitted to quarantine. 3) Employees are meeting for training in break rooms in groups of 30+ without appropriate spacing. 4) Required mask wearing to reduce the spread of COVID-19 is not enforced. 5) Facilities are not appropriately sanitized after a COVID-19 positive employee was in the facility. 6) Visitors are not screened prior to entering facilities.Alleged Hazards: 1, Employees Exposed: 1
