1. Employees are exposed to illnesses including coronavirus during aerosol generating dental procedures and employer does not provide N95 respirators or a respirator that offers an equivalent or higher level of protection. Note: Respirators should be used in the context of a comprehensive respiratory protection program, including a written program, medical evaluations, fit testing and training in accordance with OSHA standard (29 CFR 1910.134). 2. Employees are exposed to illnesses including coronavirus and the face shields worn by employees are not cleaned and sanitized with an EPA approved sterilant. 3. Employees are exposed to illnesses including coronavirus and safety glasses are not provided to employees assisting in dental procedures. 4.
