1) Employers are stacking 55 gallon drums of material on storage racks that are damaged and not anchored to the ground. 2) The employer does not have working ventilation while employees are utilizing pigments in the work areas. 3) The employer is not following CDC guidelines in regards to the use of social distancing, facemasks or face coverings after employees have tested positive for Covid-19. The employer has allowed employees who test positive for Covid-19 to return to work while still exhibiting symptoms.
