1. The employer is not enforcing state requirements to prevent the spread of COVID-19 during a pandemic by enforcing mask use by employees and customers. 2. The employer is still giving out free samples of ice cream and has done nothing to prevent customers from leaning over the ice cream counter to speak to employees who are also not wearing masks. 3.
