1. The employer is not following CDC guidelines in regards to informing employees of co-workers who have tested positive for Covid-19. Employees work close together and Covid-19 is spreading. Several employees on the production lines have been affected. This has happened 8-10 times on just one production line and there are multiple lines. Applicable OSHA standard(s): Section 5(a)(1) General Duty Clause of the Occupational Safety and Health Act of 1970 2. The employer is not following CDC guidelines regarding to the use of facemasks or face coverings. The employer does not allow employees to wear marks or other PPE that is more protected. Applicable OSHA standard(s): 1910.132. 3. There is no water in the women's bathroom Applicable OSHA standard(s): 1910.141. ----------------------------------------------------------------------- Hazard Location: ----------------------------------------------------------------------- All the production lines: Engine assembly line, final assembly line, the assembly line that puts the bottoms of cars and trucks together.
