A COVID-19 pandemic plan has not been developed and implemented for employees to include employee wellness checks, disinfecting and sanitizing, social distancing, personal protective equipment, informing employees of possible exposure, employee return to work and employee training. Employees have tested positive for COVID-19 within the past week. Employer has mildly disinfected and sanitized common areas. Employer does not require employees to wear a mask.
