1. There have been several employees that tested positive for COVID-19, along with others that have family members with the virus. The employer has refused to spray (disinfect) or allow employees time to quarantine. Due to many employees working at the facility while being sick and no sanitizing being done, employees are concerned for their health. 2. Face masks are not being worn properly by many employees. They do not cover both the nose and mouth, which is potentially exposing other employees since employees are coughing constantly due to working in the cold.Source: Osha.gov | Receipt Date: 2020-12-23
