Employees could be exposed to the COVID-19 virus in the workplace, due to: 1. At least one case of the infection, among members staff at this location, has been reported; 2. Items frequently touched by numerous employees, i.e. door handles etc., are not sanitized throughout the day; 3. Probationers and parolees gather at the front entrance; 4. Multiple staff members enter the building at the rear, bypassing entry protocols; 5. At times, employees do not stay 6 feet apart; 6.
