The employer is not implementing precautions to protect employees from contracting and spreading the Coronavirus (COVID-19) in the workplace, in that, 1. In a small office area where employees cannot socially distance while sitting at their desk, partitions (such as plexiglass) have not been installed 2. The employer is not notifying employees that have been exposed to a COVID positive employee 3. Employees are not abiding by mask mandates and the employer is not enforcing masks
