1. The employer is not communicating to employees of potential exposures to COVID-19 in the workplace. A COVID-19 positive employee and several other employees were transferred to the worksite via a company van. After becoming aware of the positive test result, the employer did not determine all close contacts to that employee and did not quarantine all of those close contacts. 2. The company is a disability company, with many people who cannot hear or read. The employer is not adequately communicating COVID-19 hazards or protocols in a way that all employees can understand.Alleged Hazards: 2, Employees Exposed: 16
