The employer has not implemented measures in the workplace to protect employees from contracting or spreading COVID-19 in the workplace. 1. The use of face coverings by employees and clients are not required or enforced. Group sessions are held in small group settings where the employees and clients are not abiding by social distancing and are not wearing face coverings. 2. The employer is providing hand sanitizer that does not contain alcohol or is approved on the EPA list. 3. Frequently touched surfaces, to include phones, are not frequently cleaned or sanitized. 4. The employer has not implemented measures to reduce the spread of COVID-19 from clients who enter The Big House.Alleged Hazards: 4, Employees Exposed: 30
