1. The employer is failing to notify employees of a patient testing positive for COVID-19 prior to allowing them to enter the patient's room. Employees have tested positive for COVID-19. 2. Employees are working on the COVID-19 unit for several hours without adequate PPE (face shield and N95 mask). 3. PPE is not readily available as it is locked inside an office. 4.
