Where employees are working within 6 feet of eachother for extended periods of time and share equipment, the employer is not taking the appropriate steps to mitigate the spread of COVID-19 in the workplace. 1. Shared equipment, to include trucks, are not properly sanitized, especially after having positive cases in the workplace. 2. The employer encouraged a manager to remain at work who was sick. The manager worked closely with employees within close proximity for extended amounts of time and allowed them to enter his office. This manager ultimately tested positive for COVID-19. 3. The employer is not notifying employees who may have been in close contact with a COVID-19 positive employee. 4. The employer is not abiding by the quarantining recommendations for those employees who have tested positive for COVID-19 or who have been exposed.Alleged Hazards: 4, Employees Exposed: 10
