All employees are being exposed to COVID-19 without the proper PPE. Staff are switched from north wing (no positive covid cases) to go help/work on the south wing (all positive cases of covid) in the same shift. Patients were admitted without being quarantined for 14 days before coming into the negative side of the building. Employer is not enforcing quarantine protocols.Alleged Hazards: 4, Employees Exposed: 50
