1)The employer is not implementing precautions to protect employees from contracting and spreading the Coronavirus (COVID-19) in the workplace: a) A written Infectious Disease Preparedness and Response Plan has not been designed nor implemented. b) Employees have not received training that complies with the new DOLI/VOSH Emergency Temporary Standard (16VAC25-220). c) CDC Guidelines were not implemented following a suspected or confirmed case of COVID-19. d) Employees who were exposed to Covid-19 in the workplace were required to pay for (2) negative tests for return to work purposes. e)Social distancing is not being enforced. 2) Employees are required to mix and utilize chemicals in containers with no information or Hazard Communication training.Alleged Hazards: 2, Employees Exposed: 20
