It is alleged an employee tested positive for COVID-19 and all employees who were potentially exposed were not notified. The employer has not developed and implemented policies and procedures to notify its own employees who may have been exposed within 24 hours of a discovery of their possible exposure. It is alleged the employer did not perform deep cleaning of work areas after an employee tested positive for COVID-19. Areas in the place of employment where known or suspected to be infected with the SARS-CoV-2 virus employees or other persons accessed or worked shall be cleaned and disinfected prior to allowing other employees access to the areas.Alleged Hazards: 2, Employees Exposed: 36
