Face masks are not properly used in that masks are sometimes worn while not covering both the mouth and nose. 3. The employer does not follow Pennsylvania Department of Health and Centers for Disease Control (CDC) guidelines for thoroughly cleaning/sanitizing the workplace when employees have tested positive for COVID19.
