1. The employer did not instruct potentially exposed employees to stay home for 14 days, telework if possible, and self-monitor for symptoms in accordance with Pennsylvania Department of Health and Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) guidelines. Employees with pending coronavirus tests and employees showing coronavirus symptoms were in close contact with coworkers potentially exposing them to SARS-CoV-2. 2. The employer does not enforce the use of cloth face coverings by employees and patients in accordance with Pennsylvania Department of Health and Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) guidelines. Employees in close contact with coworkers and patients are potentially exposed to SARS-CoV-2. 3. The employer has not implemented policies and practices for social distancing (ex. telehealth and installing barrier or partition controls) in accordance with Pennsylvania Department of Health and Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) guidelines. Four employees share two phones in a small office and employees see patients in a small room potentially exposing employees to SARS-CoV-2.
