Complaint alleges the following: 1. Staff arent provided with the proper PPE 2. OMH has not established protocol for controlling ingress and egress in various units 3. No social distancing protocol currently in place 4. OMH has not mitigated threats of COVID19 exposures from outside of the facility 5. OMH is still transporting service recipients into and out of its facilities for court and other appearnces 6. OMH is not back tracing likely exposure/contact with other staff members after suspected or confirm positive COVID 19 7. At risk staff are being mandated to work in COVID 19 quarantine units 8.
