COVID-19 safety protocols including mandatory masking and social distancing are not followed and not enforced on the 1st, 2nd, 4th, and 7th floors, as well as the lobbies, hallways and file rooms at 50 East State Street location. The complaint alleges that employees use common areas including copiers, bathrooms, hallways and file rooms with no masks, and the security guards do not consistently wear masks.
