1. Employees are not screened for COVID19 upon arriving at work and are not required to self monitor for signs and symptoms related to COVID19. 2. Quarantine procedures are not followed when there is a work place exposure to confirmed COVID19 positive co-workers. 3. Sanitation procedures are not followed after confirmation of COVID19 positive employees onsite. There have been 12 confirmed COVID19 positive cases at the site. 4.
