Hazard Description concerning potential exposure to COVID-19: Employee alleges that an ambulance employee traveled out of state from 8/26 through 8/29 to Misquamicut Beach in Rhode Island which is a county that is RED according to the COVID 19 Cross State Travel Information. Employee alleges that the same employee may have also traveled to Meriden, CT which is in a YELLOW county. Employee alleges that the employer failed to enforce the Be Smart/Be Safe travel guidelines and allowed the employee to return to work on 9/1/2020 and employee has been working regular schedule since.
