The safety management team refused to properly supply us with N95 respirator masks while I worked on the COVID unit. The safety team was less than unhelpful, they were willfully negligent and gave me a very bad time for demanding daily new N95 masks. I was stuck with the same dirty, bloody, disgusting mask for three weeks. I started to buy my own.Source: Osha.gov | Receipt Date: 2020-12-03
