1. The employer is not complying with the Governor's covid-19 mandate for employees to wear face coverings. The employees of the ESS Credit Office frequently walk in to the building together very closely together and their masks are pulled down so they can talk or their masks are being worn incorrectly with their noses exposed. The manager of this department walks with the employees as well. This department has had at least 4 positive cases of covid-19.
