1. The employer is not complying with the Governor's COVID-19 mandate in regard to employees wearing face coverings. the employer policy allows for optional face cover usage. In group meetings and trainings, the employer is having employees remove their face covers. 2. The employer is not complying with the Governor's COVID-19 mandate in regard to sanitizing high-touch surfaces after each use. Frequently used equipment is not being sanitized in the facility, such as computers, copiers, etc. HAZARD LOCATION: Throughout 10/08/2020 KRAlleged Hazards: 2, Employees Exposed: 1
