1. The employer is not complying with the Governor's COVID-19 mandate in regard to employees wearing face coverings. 2. The employer is not complying with the Governor's COVID-19 mandate in regard to social distancing between employees. 3. The employer is not notifying employees that they may have been exposed to COVID-19. A single case of COVID-19 was alerted to employees, but not as to where the ill employee had been stationed, as there are several warehouses.
