1. Failure to comply with the mandate for employees to wear face coverings. Throughout the facility, the employer is not enforcing the mandate for employees to wear face coverings exposing other employees to the potential COVID-19 contraction. 2. Several employees have tested COVID-19 positive and still being allowed to come in to work exposing others to the virus contraction. 3.
