Alleged Hazard(s): 1. Inmates are housed in an open dormitory setting while literally hundreds of cells are vacant. Buildings full of cells are empty and closed. I do not understand why placing as many inmates as possible in all of these empty cells would not be a priority? I feel that confining as many inmates in cells as possible would be the safest possible solution for staff and inmates to prevent the spread of COVID-19. 2. Boxes of masks are left in the entrance building and every employee that comes in sticks their hand into the box to get a mask.Alleged Hazards: 2, Employees Exposed: 1
