T8CCR 3205(c)(8)(C)(2)- There have been COVID-19 cases. This week more than 3 people tested positive in different departments of the warehouse. The area has not been sanitized where the infected employees worked. Cleaning supplies have not been provided to employees and they were informed they can bring their own disinfecting supplies and do the cleaning. T8CCR 3205(c)(3)(B)(3)- Employees were solely informed about the first COVID-19 case and not notified about the other cases. T8CCR 3205(c)(2)(B)- Employees are not prescreened before work. T8CCR 3205(c)(6)- The lunch area is not six feet apart.Alleged Hazards: 4, Employees Exposed: 1
