1. The garage area is unsafe, road signs and hoses are being walked on. 2. Employees are smoking right outside the back doors. 3. No protection for Covid-19 is taking place. 4. At the asphalt plant on Centenary Rd., diesel fuel is being sprayed in dump trucks instead of using soap and the ground is saturated. there is a soap tank there but is not being used. There's a creek approximately 40 feet from where the diesel is on the ground and it has possibly washed down into the creek. 5. Employees are not watching safety videos like they did 3 years ago.
