T8 CCR 2500.8 Multiple power strips and extension cords in use instead of permanent wiring. T8 CCR 3203(a)(6) Employer does not provide or require face covering or social distancing. In accordance with COVID-19 guidelines. T8 CCR 3203(a)(7) & 5194(h)(1) No safety training on the process of building prototypes or use of various tools and chemicals such as acetone. T8 CCR 1670(a) Employees go onto roof to repair HVAC fans without fall protection. Employees are exposed to approximately a 15' fall. T8 CCR 3380(f)(1) Need for PPE such as safety glasses or gloves have not been evaluated by the employer. Employees sand and shape various plastic parts. T8 CCR 5141(a) Air quality inside the facility is not as good as the air quality outside due to various operations. T8 CCR 5155(e)(1) Employer has not monitored the level of employee exposure to various chemicals in the workplace including acetone. T8 CCR 5146(a) Employer has not monitored the level of carbon monoxide exposure to employees when running vehicles inside of facility to test software.
