3203: A Maintenance Department employee tested positive for COVID-19. Only selected coworkers that worked with the infected employee were tested for COVID but not all. Some coworkers that worked in close proximity (less than 6 feet apart) from infected employee, were not asked to be tested. All employees, other than infected employee, were instructed to return to work while waiting for the results. Employer began issuing masks and requiring employees wear them only as of October 17, 2020.Alleged Hazards: 1, Employees Exposed: 60
