1. No water to wash hands in the bathroom because it was shut off. The bathroom outside "porta potties" handwashing stations do not work. The employer did not ensure that employees have handwashing facilities to maintain personal cleanliness. T8 CCR 3366(a). 2. Employer is not conducting regular sanitation, as well as, more detailed sanitization in areas where COVID-19 cases have worked, touched or been in contact with. The employer did not implement disinfecting protocols. T8 CCR 3205(c)(8). 3. Hand sanitizing stations are empty. The employer did not ensure to provide employees with an effective means to sanitize their hands. T8 CCR 3205(c)(8)(D). 4. Employers self-screening app for COVID-19 isn't effective. The employer did not implement an effective screening procedure on screen for COVID-19 symptoms. T8 CCR 3205(c)(2)(B). 5. Employer is not enforcing mask mandates, inside the building, managers will see employees without mask and not do anything about it. The employer did not ensure employees are wearing facial coverings properly. T8 CCR 3205(c)(7)(A).
