The employer has not installed plexiglass screens between workstations in the warehouse shipping area and employees are closer than 6 feet and sometimes lower their mask to be heard when speaking. 2. The employer is not enforcing social distancing guidelines when employees are eating in lunch room, they are not wearing masks and are not keeping 6 feet apart. T8 CCR 3203(a). 3. The employer did not ensure that each lavatory shall be provided with running water in that the portable handwashing stations are not refilled when they are empty.
