The employer does not identify and evaluate all interactions, areas, activities, processes, equipment and materials that could potentially expose employees to COVID-19 hazards when they do not identify and clean commonly touched surfaces and do not vacuum the workplace. 3. The employer does not provide hand sanitizer at all commonly used equipment. 4. The employer does not provide barriers where employees' cubicles place employees within six feet of each other. 5. The employer does not provide gloves for employees required to use sanitary wipes. 6. The employer does not provide a vacuum to employees required to vacuum their own work areas. 7. The employer does not provide break areas that have sufficient spaces for all employees to eat and maintain social distancing at the same time, even when breaks are staggered. T8 CCR 3205, 3203(a)(4) & (6) 8. The employer failed to eliminate the problem of pests, insects and mosquitos. T8 CCR 3362(g)
