1. T8 CCR 3205(c)(6)(A) The employer does not separate employees from other persons to be at least 6 feet in the office. Employees sit within 3 feet of each other, and members of the public stand directly in front of office employees. The condition exists at the 2450 Mandela Pkwy., Oakland and 2743 San Pablo Avenue, Oakland locations. 2. T8 CCR 3205(c)(8)(A) The employer has not installed effective, cleanable solid partitions in fixed locations where maintaining physical distancing is not possible. The current partition between the office desk members of the public is only located in front of the phone and does not adequately cover and protect employees. This condition exists at the 2450 Mandela Pkwy., Oakland and 2743 San Pablo Ave, Oakland locations. 3. T8 CCR 3362(g) The employer has not addressed the hazard posed by water intrusion and subsequent mold growth on the ceiling on the 2nd floor storage area at 2743 San Pablo Ave, Oakland location.Alleged Hazards: 3, Employees Exposed: 25
