1. The employer has not identified and addressed hazards related to COVID-19 in the workplace. The employer does not require and enforce physical distancing at the jobsite. T8 CCR 3203(a)(4) & (6) 2. The employer does not ensure that flames or spark-producing divides are kept at a safe distance while refueling combustion engines. The employer uses a running forklift to hold diesel totes when refueling trucks. Additionally, the employer pumps gas out of a metal gas tank by attaching "alligator clips" to a battery, which could lead to a spark and ignition of the fuel. T8 CCR 1936(g) 3.
