The employer failed to ensure that supervisors effectively enforce that employees comply with the requirement to wear a face covering while within 6 feet of distance of other employees at work in order to prevent the spread of COVID-19. Employees are within 6 feet of other employees talking at the morning meetings while not wearing face coverings. T8 CCR 3203(a)(2) 2. The employer is not ensuring that emergency exits are maintained free of all obstructions or impediments to full instant use in the case of fire or other emergency. The emergency exit at stall 10 is blocked with product and pallets outside of the door. T8 CCR 3225(a)(1) 3. The employer is failing to ensure that portable fire extinguishers are located so that they are readily accessible to employees without subjecting the employees to possible injury. The extinguisher located near C4 in the warehouse is blocked. T8 CCR 6151(c)(1) 4. The employer is not ensuring that permanent aisles and walkways are kept reasonably clear. The forklift charger near rack D blocks the painted green walkway about one third of the way. T8 CCR 3272(c)Alleged Hazards: 4, Employees Exposed: 1
