The employer failed to ensure that supervisors effectively enforce that employees comply with the requirement to wear a face covering while within 6 feet of distance of other employees at work in order to prevent the spread of COVID-19. The employer is failing to ensure that portable fire extinguishers are located so that they are readily accessible to employees without subjecting the employees to possible injury. The extinguisher located near C4 in the warehouse is blocked. T8 CCR 6151(c)(1) 4. The employer is not ensuring that permanent aisles and walkways are kept reasonably clear.
