1. It was reported to OSHA that employees are exposed to COVID-19. It was alleged that employees are screened for COVID-19 in locations including but not limited to the Reception Area and Medicine Room and that the screening procedure requires employees, who are sometimes in groups, to remove their masks and cough three times exposing other nearby employees to COVID-19. This contrary to section 5(a)(1) of the OSH Act. 2. It was reported to OSHA that employees are exposed to COVID-19. It was alleged that residents are not required or policies are not enforced to ensure that residents with COVID-19 infections are quarantined in their rooms. It was alleged that resident with COVID-19 infections regularly leave their rooms and expose employees to COVID-19. This contrary to section 5(a)(1) of the OSH Act. 3. It was reported to OSHA that employees are exposed to bed bugs at the work site. It was alleged that the employer had not established a continuing and effective extermination program.
