It was reported to OSHA that employees are exposed to COVID-19 at the work site. It was alleged that the employer did not ensure that the work site was cleaned and disinfected after an employee tested positive for COVID-19 after working at the work site. This is contrary to section 5(a)(1) of the OSH Act.
