It was reported to OSHA that this establishment has had one confirmed employee case of COVID-19 since November 15, 2020 and that the employer did not disinfect the facility. It was further reported that the establishment continued operations as normal without requiring customers who were members of the general public who frequented the establishment to follow social distancing and hand-washing protocols, thereby potentially exposing employees to the hazards of COVID-19. Lastly, it was reported that the confirmed employee case did not fully complete the CDC and Public Health recommended 10-day isolation before returning to the establishment. Contrary to Section 5(a)(1) of the OSH Act.Alleged Hazards: 1, Employees Exposed: 5
