Employees are potentially exposed to health hazards associated with COVID-19. It was reported that that the employer has not implemented precautions such as but not limited to social distancing, limiting amount of people inside the main office at a time, PPE, or training workers about the hazards of COVID-19. It was reported that none of the employees, including management, are wearing masks inside the facilities and that they are also not maintaining 6 feet distance between each other or customers/residents. Contrary to Section 5(a)(1) of the OSH Act.Alleged Hazards: 1, Employees Exposed: 10
