Employees engaged in warehouse activities in the Shipping Office and Distribution Dock area were exposed to COVID-19 hazards in that safety precaution was not implemented. Employees are not following social distancing and/or mask/face shield usage is not enforced. Employee with COVID-19 symptom is allowed to work and not isolating from other coworkers.
