The employer is not implementing recommended OSHA and CDC measures to protect employees from SARS-Cov-2, the virus that causes Covid-19 illness, including: 1. Employees are not required to wear facial coverings (source control) when distancing of 6 feet can't be achieved. 2. Social distancing measures are not implemented, including overcrowding in the lunch room with no distancing system set up. 3. There is no access to hand sanitizers or hand washing stations for disinfection.
